Cancellation & Refund Policy 

CWE Workshops offers creative writing workshops with fixed dates and times. As leisure services with a specific date of performance, our workshops are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(l) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Instead, and in good faith, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

Refund schedule based on time of cancellation:

• If cancel more than 14 days before the workshop starts: Full refund.
• If cancel between 7 to 14 days before the workshop starts: 50% refund.
• If cancel between 4 to 6 days before the workshop starts: 25% refund.
• If cancel 3 days or less before the workshop starts: No refund.

How to cancel: Contact us at info@cweworkshops.com with your name, order number, and the workshop you wish to cancel. We will confirm receipt and process your refund within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@cweworkshops.com.

This policy applies to customers in the European Economic Area. It does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable national law.
