Creative Writing in English Workshops help writers develop their writing craft by engaging in the creative writing process through reading, writing exercises and supportive writing critique groups in English.

We offer various writing workshops and activities in-person and online for writers 18 years old and up. Our Storytelling l and Storytelling II workshops are for writers who would like to explore the broader creative writing craft through fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. We also offer The Speculative Imagination l and The Speculative Imagination ll workshops, which emphasize speculative narrative fiction with sub-categories in fantasy, sci-fi, weird, and magical realism, just to name a few.

CWE Workshops also extend the activities of the writerly life to include monthly 6 hour Mini Write-A-Thon events and a Writer's Reading Circle that meets twice a month.
